Years Decorating: 20+, and heavily invested in animatronics!
NEXT LEVEL! Go on all the weekends leading up to Halloween and the fog machines will be on, and the characters moving in Ferguson. In 2025 Look for the tribute to Ozzy, standing in the center, The Prince of Darkness himself... plus they added the Mausoleum, and the gates to the candy. New animatronics as well, the tall pumpkin man by the front door, the Grave Digger, and the Band in the Mausoleum cranking out some perfect Halloween tunes. Look for the levitating Grim Reaper, and the Ground Breaker who is a Jack-O-Lantern! Don’t overlook the 8 foot pumpkin with Snoopy sleeping on top, it’s on the roof! The Towering Inferno is rigged with fog rolling out of the chest, a great addition to the basic Inferno. If you watch the video on Favebook Live, you’ll get the whole layout. Witches, Skeletons, Headless Horseman, Werewolf, Soul Keeper, they have literally everything and have gone to great lengths to aquire these characters just for your enjoyment. Don’s Miss the Reagan from The Exorcist who is peering in the front windows of their house, she’ll flip if she hears you coming! Trick-or-Treat here to get the good stuff!
'Spooky Hollow" is in a remote subdivision of Ferguson that my wife & I had never wandered into before, but we're sure glad we found this display. The photos in this HLH listing are out-of-date; the owner/creator has added a LOT more content and it has a significant number of animatronic & specialty lighting features. The giant werewolf is definitely the hit of the show! If you make your presence known out front (in a polite manner), maybe you can get him to come out & chat about his creation with you like we did on a Sunday night. He is passionate about both his own holiday displays & those of other homeowners, and a very friendly fellow.
