Where should I start? They’ve been doing this Christmas display for 64 years in Waterloo, so you know it’s put together with love and devotion to family and community. It’s a working farm, so it has all the genuine Country Christmas charm that you would hope for. You can see the lights from a great distance, and they look amazing lighting up the night sky. You will love the little church with carolers, the sleigh and that team of reindeer, the train and the amazing manger scene they built. I could have taken photos all night!
I was there in 2019 with a blanket of snow on the ground, it was a magical night and I can’t remove the photos, they are below. I went back in 2023 under a clear sky full of constelations and a shooting star. There is something fantastical about this place.
You can use their driveway to turn around. If needed you can even pull back to the out-buildings if necessary, but please respect their privacy. Farmers need their sleep!
