This is something special for the kids in Florissant and surrounding areas. The entire street gets closed on Halloween so kids can safely go from one house to the next, and most of them are decorated. We picked a good one to feature, but there are more. There is a spooky Wizard, casting a spell near the front door, and that HUGE skeleton man is helping to untangle the lights he messed up!
